Refreshing Dairy Free and Gluten Free Strawberry Sorbetto
Perfect for the dairy free eater and it's both refreshing and nearly sugar free.

1 freezer safe container with a lid
Ingredients
2cups cups frozen strawberries
2cupsfrozen melon cubes or frozen mango cubes
2tbsphoney plus more to taste
1½tbsplemon juice
4tbsp Califia Farms French Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer, gfor other gluten free non-dairy creamer *unsweetened if desired
2tbspwater
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a Vitamix or blender, starting with liquid. Blend, pulsing or on high, stirring often until very smooth.
Serve immediately or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer sorbetto. Or freeze for later use it in your favorite summer drinks. 🍹
Notes
*Notes: The sorbetto will become quite hard when frozen, so allow to soften on the counter for 15-30 minutes before scooping!If you are wanting to make a zero processed sugar sorbet, check the label on the creamer you are using. If desired you can substitute coconut cream in place of the Califia Farms French Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer, which does contain some sugar.
