or Baby Spinach Leaves, triple washed
1 Satsuma
orange
peeled, or half of an orange, peeled and sliced
½ of an
avocado
sliced
½
yellow bell pepper
thinly sliced
¼ small
red onion
sliced thin
Lemon Vinaigrette
Juice from a half of small lemon
2 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
1 tablespoon
water
½ teaspoon
oregano
1 teaspoon
honey, optional
Pinch of
salt
Instructions
Add the ingredients in the order listed to your bowl. Add the vinaigrette and toss to combine.
Lemon Vinaigrette
In a small jar or bowl combine the ingredients below and stir together.
