Ingredients

cups
whole milk

cup
sugar or organic sugar
1¾
cups
heavy cream
¼
teaspoon
salt

Molina Pure Vanilla Extract, gf
or other gluten free vanilla or vanilla paste

Trader Joe's Gluten Free Joe-Joe's Chocolate Vanilla Creme Sandwich Cookies or Gluten Free Oreos, chopped
Instructions
Add to a large bowl the sugar and milk and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cream, salt, and vanilla.
Whisk gently until combined. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
Process according to ice cream machine's directions. Add the chopped cookies during the last 5 minutes. Then finish processing.
Scoop into one or two containers. Freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer ice cream. Makes 2 pints (plus a small taste).
