Pumpkin and Spice Fall Smoothie (Gluten Free)

The perfect fall smoothie! Add more spice if you like or make it as is. This one welcomes our fall days which are still ahead of us here.

Equipment

  • 1 Vitamix, Ninja or blender

Ingredients

  • cup plain or Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt, gf
  • ¼ cup milk or dairy free milk, gf
  • cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ large carrot or 1 small, sliced
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoons ground ginger, gf or a 1/2" piece of ginger (skin removed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, gf
  • handful of ice or a tablespoon of water for a thinner consistency
  • whipped cream to top if desired

Instructions

  • Add to a Vitamix or blender the ingredients, except the ice, in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Add the ice and/or water for the right consistency. Pour into a glass.
