1 Vitamix, Ninja or blender
Ingredients
⅓cupplain or Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt, gf
¼cupmilk or dairy free milk, gf
⅓cuppumpkin puree
½large carrot or 1 small, sliced
½frozen banana
1teaspoonsground ginger, gf or a 1/2" piece of ginger (skin removed)
1teaspoonground cinnamon, gf
handful of ice or a tablespoon of water for a thinner consistency
whipped cream to topif desired
Instructions
Add to a Vitamix or blender the ingredients, except the ice, in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Add the ice and/or water for the right consistency. Pour into a glass.
