1mandarin or cutie, seedless, peeled
1mediumcarrot, cut into several pieces
¼cupGreek yogurt
¼cupcashews or blanched almonds
½frozen banana
½cupalmond milk, gf and unsweetened
¼cupice
½teaspoonvanilla, gf
¼teaspoonorange zest, optional
Instructions
Add the ingredients to the Vitamix or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Top with cold foam or lightly sweetened whipped cream or almond whipped cream. Add a Dehydrated Citrus Slices for Drinks and Desserts garnish if desired.
