Easy satisfying meal, easy clean up

Meals like this one are great when you want to make something easy for dinner when you’ve been prepping for the holidays. You can have this on the table in less than 45 minutes and have basically one pan to clean up! We like to roast this dish on our Pampered Chef Bar Pan. It’s well seasoned and the tomatoes and garlic caramelize together without sticking.

We also like to make roasted tomato bruschetta as an appetizer in our original recipe Roasted Rustic Tomato and Garlic Bruschetta.

What brands of sausages are gluten free?

Gluten-free sausages? What brands are gluten free? We like to use New York Style Sausage Company on the West Coast for our sausage needs. They make all of their products gluten free, msg free, preservatives free, and clean label. Not only that, their Italian Sausages are the closest to what my family always made. They have plenty of fennel flavor, no fillers or preservatives, and you can choose from Sweet, Mild Italian, or Hot Italian. Our Costco carries New York Style Sausage Company and Nob Hill does also.

There are plenty of other brands out there too, but don’t assume sausage or meat is gluten free. They could have gluten containing products, including spice blends which may not be gluten free, as well as have cross contamination from gluten containing products manufactured in the same facility. To name just a few, Aidells Sausages, Niman Ranch, and Wellshire Farms are all gluten free. Check out a list from Celiac.com Top 10 Gluten Free Sausage Brands.
